How It Works
- You get 10 points for every 1 franc spent on the store
- 100 points = 1 franc discount (equivalent to 10% off all products)
Redemption Process
- Points are redeemed by creating a coupon code with your available points and applying it during checkout.
How do I redeem my loyalty points?

Login or Sign up
Create an account before shopping for easier access to loyalty points. Upon signing up, you will earn 1000 points. (e.g Fr.10)
View shopping Cart page
Once your order is finalised, go to “View Cart” and click on the black "rewards" toggle located at the bottom right corner
Reward Toggles
Click on "Ways to redeem" to use your loyalty points.
Select number of points to use
Select the number of points you want to redeem using the slider, then click on “Redeem."
A coupon code is generated
The shop provides a discount code based on the total loyalty points you have redeemed for your order.
Check Out validation page
Please ensure that the discount has been applied to your order correctly.
