Loyalty points : how does it work?
- Earn 10 points for every franc spent. Convert 100 points at checkout for a 1 franc discount coupon, giving you an extra 10% off on all products.
- In the old store, loyalty points were redeemed using a slider bar at checkout. In the new store, points are still flexibly redeemable, but as a coupon code that needs to be applied during checkout.

Login or Create and account
Create an account before shopping for easier access to loyalty points. Upon signing up, you will earn 1000 points. (e.g Fr.10)
View shopping Cart page
Once your order is finalised, go to “View Cart” and click on the black "rewards" toggle located at the bottom right corner
Reward Toggles
Click on "Ways to redeem" to use your loyalty points.
Select number of points to use
Select the number of points you want to redeem using the slider, then click on “Redeem."
A coupon code is generated
The shop provides a discount code based on the total loyalty points you have redeemed for your order.

Please ensure that the discount has been applied to your order correctly.
