One Bottle of 75cl

Type of Wine : Sparkling White Extra Brut

Believe or not but this wine has been produced under the same rule of the Champagne appellation : la methode traditionelle. After alcoholic fermentation and 6 months "sur le lie", it was bottled for the second fermentation (natural bubbling) and then aged on laths for many months.
The finesse of this sparkling wine makes it the perfect companion for all your cocktails or simply enjoy it chilled with friends and family

I have decided to sell my brother's wines at cost price (e.g. +taxes + shipping + admin) to offer you the irresistible opportunity to discover this confidential grape variety and this region of France, cradled by the salty air of the Atlantic coast.

WHO THE JULIEN IS FUCK?

This wine is more than just a friend's product – the winemaker is my younger brother, Julien! Wine has always been his passion, so I wasn't surprised when he left his job in Paris to become a winemaker. It reminded me a bit of when I left Philip Morris to create Fred…

The Rossignol family slowly represents on its own the “thank you for smoking”  3 baddest industries: tobacco, alcohol, and firearms should Benjamin, the younger brother, shortly resign from his banker’s job in London to jump into the illegal weapons trade business….
With Fred, I fight against the most capitalistic competitors; Julien, with Grand Mouton, has to fight an even more daunting enemy: Nature. Climate change makes frost, hail, rain… unpredictable, and Julien has decided to favour quality over productivity: His wine now complies with organic farming standards. We have favoured to offer you two products from his much more comprehensive portfolio as they fit precisely to Fred product’s taste direction: well balanced with a twist!

  • Sparkling wine is a no-brainer for summer days or any occasion. This sparkling wine Extra BRUT taste makes it ideal for mixing with any cocktail: forget Prosecco for Aperol Spritz and re-discover the typical French Kir Royal with black currant syrup.
  • The “cru communal” white wine we offer is slightly different from the typical muscadet, which is very dry and has a very mineral taste. Fred Fred/Grand Mouton’s white wine has been aged for 3 years, giving it a fuller flavour that can easily be combined with a wide range of dishes.

  • We are selling all of Julien’s wine at cost price, you take ZERO risk, and you can only be pleasantly surprised.

Not many wines can brag about appearing in the iconic Manga ‘the drops of god’.

We have been thinking of a project together for a while mixing our savoir faire to create something unique and slightly “sideways”! I hope your positive feedback after tasting his wine will provide the extra kick we need to pull the trigger. So, I'd like to take this opportunity to appeal to anyone with any mixology skills to get in touch with us so that we can tell you more about our project.
